The follow are the terms and conditions that constitute our domestic shipping policy:
Orders received are processed withing 1-3 business days from date received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail including tracking and an estimated delivery time between 3-5 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please provide your email address when placing an order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
Orders from within Ohio are subject to 7.25% sales tax which will be added to order during checkout.
Christy Knife Company LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We have a 30 day return policy. Please contact Christy Knife Company at 419-332-8281 or email email@example.com to notify us of the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, the knife must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When returning an item, you should consider purchasing tracking to ensure that we receive returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your return. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method less shipping cost within 3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
